Leadership Playbook — Q3 → Q4 2026

Titan 2.0
Operating System

The next 90 days are not about prepping a pitch. They are about proving Titan 2.0 in how we show up — more data, more pressure, more ideas tied to their money. By Q4, the new pricing is just the structure that matches what we are already doing.

The System

Three Pillars. 90 Days.

1. Titan Value Scorecard

Make ROI undeniable. Build a scorecard for every Titan and top candidate so every Q4 conversation starts from THEIR numbers, not our feelings.

2. Weekly "One Push"

Increase engagement and pressure. Every week, every Titan gets one specific lever to pull. Track completion. No coasting.

3. Q3 Revenue Sprint

Run an 8-12 week sprint with Titans and candidates. Pick one revenue project each. Drive visible, recent wins before Q4 pricing conversations.

By Q4, we want to walk into every 1:1 as the team that already behaves like a growth partner — and finally get paid like one.
Pillar 1

Titan Value Scorecard

Build this for every Titan + 3-5 top upgrade candidates in the next 2 weeks.

What We Track

  • Trailing 12-month revenue (their true baseline)
  • Last 90 days: revenue, profit, ad spend with us
  • Leads per month from Rise
  • Contact rate, quote rate, close rate
  • Avg job size, machines/crews, weeks booked out

How We Use It

On every Titan call for 90 days, open with:

"Last 12 months you did about $X. When we started you were at $Y. So we have added about $Z on top."

"All-in, you have paid us about $A. That is roughly Bx on your money."

Do that consistently and we will feel dumb keeping them at $1-2K, and they will feel dumb arguing about it.

Pillar 2

Weekly "One Push" Cadence

Every Titan and top candidate should FEEL us pushing their business every week.

The Mechanic

Each week, for each Titan, the AM picks ONE lever for the next 7 days:

  • "Add $2K/mo to ad spend — here is the campaign we will scale."
  • "Raise minimum job price from $X to $X+500."
  • "Call back every unquoted lead from the last 14 days — here is the list."
  • "Hire a part-time helper so you can take 1 more crew."

The Delivery

Short Loom or email:

"Here is the one thing I want you focused on this week. If you do just this, it should add ~$X/mo in revenue. Reply 'I'm on it' or push back if there is a real blocker."

Track a Titan implementation score: % of weekly pushes completed. Engagement drives retention AND ascension.

Pillar 3

Q3 Revenue Sprint

8-12 week sprint with Titans + candidates. Each operator picks ONE revenue project.

Raise

Higher minimums
or day rates
Add a
Crew
New machine
or operator
New

Bigger jobs
higher value
Expand
Radius

Weekly/biweekly group call: Each operator reports INPUT (what they did) and OUTPUT (extra revenue, weeks booked out). We come with specific suggestions — more budget, new creative, new angle, offer tweaks.

The Q4 payoff: "In the last 90 days of this sprint, you added ~$X on top of your normal year. That is the upside we are talking about sharing 5% of going forward."
If You Do Nothing Else

Three Non-Negotiables

Build the Scorecards

Now. Every Titan + top candidates. Trailing 12-month revenue, ROI math, their numbers not ours. This is the foundation for every Q4 conversation.

One Push Per Week

Every Titan gets one concrete action item every week for 90 days. Track completion. No coasting. Engagement = retention = ascension.

Run the Sprint

"Let us add $X in the next 90 days." Simple. Measurable. By Q4 you have fresh, visible wins to point to — not old memories.

Walk into Q4 as the team that already behaves like a growth partner.
Then the pricing is just the structure that matches what we are already doing.
